Catering by La Encantada: organic, local, sustainable, and direct from producer.

La Encantada is an XII century farmhouse located in the region of Moianés, surrounded by forest, animals, nature and much more… We live, since 2004, in a tribe, an “extended” family. Throughout the years we have recovered several spaces of the house, making it the spiritual refuge it is today. La Encantada is a way of living and being, a family project linked to the Earth and its elements, to recover and keep alive the memory and ancestral knowledge of plants and the nature of these lands.

Throughout the years, we have realized that our environment is a reflection of ourselves and that the care and affection we give it, is what we give to ourselves. This is why, at La Encantada, we dedicate our time in nourishing our body with food and cosmetics. We nourish our mind and spirit, observing and studying nature, through personal work and integrating plants that bring us all together through ICEERS in this third international meeting.

The food we offer at the congress is interlinked with this project, so that whoever eats it can feel this way of living and understanding life. Recipes that come from various parts of the world, that we have learned in our travels and that we want to share with you with much affection. Most of the dishes we prepare are made with organic ingredients and Km 0 that respect Mother Earth. The meat is also organic and Km 0, respecting and thanking the life of the animal. We make the drinks, with seasonal fruits and herbs. Our food is fresh and fun, free of chemicals, with their natural colors and aromas … full of life!
