Academic & Community categories
Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 2019 World Ayahuasca Conference. There are two proposal categories: academic and community. The first category is open to people or research groups working in the academic or scientific field. The second category is open to any community member who believes they have ideas or knowledge to contribute.
Abstract presentations can be in either English or Spanish. Simultaneous translation will be available in the Academic Track between English and Spanish. For presentations scheduled in the Community Track, simultaneous translation is not available, and therefore presentations will be grouped by language (i.e. panels will either be in English or in Spanish).
Speakers and presenters are eligible for a 50% discount on their conference ticket. After you’ve submitted your abstract proposal, you will receive a coupon code – please proceed to www.ayaconference.com/tickets to purchase your ticket. We encourage you to do this immediately to benefit from early bird pricing. If your abstract is not accepted, you can request a refund or pay the €120 balance for a non-speaker ticket.
Proposals will be reviewed as they are received. Following the deadline for submissions on February, 28 2019, selections will be carried out by the ICEERS conference Organizing Committee, which is comprised of: José Carlos Bouso, Ph.D., Benjamin De Loenen, Constanza Sánchez, Ph.D., Jerónimo Mazarrasa, Òscar Parés, Marc Aixalá, and Andrea Langlois.
